One of my favorite things in the world is a farmers market.

Living in the North Carolina, we are blessed to have an abundance of local farms and local goods and products at our fingertips. I absolutely adore a weekend brunch at one of the amazing local spots and then walking over to browse the market for a loaf of freshly baked bread or fragrant bouquet of flowers. My husband thinks its quirky, but you guys, I could literally go every weekend!

About a year ago my friend Kristin suggested we go to Raleigh and check out what they had to offer. She heard the farmers market was incredible so I happily accepted to invite.  We woke up early and made the hour long trek. We drove away with a number of beautiful items, most memorable though was the flat of strawberries that we didn't even put a dent in on the way home. 😂

Looking back I can't believe it took me five years of living in the state to find this incredible gem.

Y'all! This is not any farmers market, what I'm referring to is the North Carolina State Farmers Market. A whopping 61,000 square feet (!!!) of the most beautiful produce, pastries, jams, flowers, plants, furniture your heart could ever desire.

Fast forward to Oct. 7th 2017... I convinced my hubby to make the trek up to Raleigh with me this past weekend. After all, we needed to stock up on pumpkins for our upcoming Fall Client Appreciation Event. It was a brisk morning and the NC Farmers Market didn't let us down. There were thousands upon thousands of gorgeous pumpkins and mums to choose from. All shapes and sizes and colorful varieties, too!

Here are a few pictures of our trip to the market:

They also have a building full of unique finds, antiques and ceramic pots and fountains. I can't help but think that Joanna Gaines would approve.

Go ahead, give them the thumbs up on Facebook.

Haven't been? You need to.. You can thank me later!

❤️️

We seriously live in the most glorious state.

P.S. If you are coming to our client event (which we hope you are), we have HUNDREDS of pumpkins to give away!

Life is short.

Love where you live!
